Our Vendors and Exhibitors Make Our Show What It Is

 

We appreciate your interest in the Midwest Miniature Showcase! Therefore, we work hard to make your set-up and stay in Fairborn, Ohio as easy as possible. We think we’ve covered more than the basics here, but if we’ve left anything out, please let us know! We’re happy to answer any questions you have and will accomodate your needs when possible.

Please note: Only dollhouse miniatures, accessories and supplies may be sold at the Showcase. We reserve the right to ask that any merchandise and/or exhibit which we deem to be inappropriate to our standards be removed. In addition to 1” scale we encourage our vendors to bring an assortment of scales (1/2”, 1/4”, 1/144”, etc.) We wish for this show to offer something special to everyone from beginner to sophisticated collector.

The tables are 8 ft. x 30 in. and will be covered with a black table cloth. You may supply our own table cloth if you wish. Please refer to the Table Application below for a pricing chart. The Vendor Contract must be signed and returned along with your Table Application. Our Information Packet includes details regarding set-up and Facility Regulations. Please review each document carefully when you apply. Thank you.
