Beautifully Appointed Show Space
The Wingate by Wyndham Dayton-Fairborn is located conveniently just off Exit 17 on I-675 near Wright State University. Please see the map below.
The Wingate Dayton/Fairborn is a beautiful facility in an excellent location; easy to travel to, plenty of parking, handicap accessible. The Wingate does not have a restaurant so you can/should bring your own food if you like, but we plan on providing some food and drinks for purchase at reasonable prices during the show and you can use the hotel breakfast area to eat in. There are also several restaurants within a 1/2 mile of the venue.
A block of rooms will be held until July 18, 2024 for Showcase participants and guests at a rate of $129.00+ tax per night. You must make your own reservation by calling the Wingate at 1-937-912-9350 and requesting the group rate for “Midwest Miniature Showcase”. The number of rooms are limited, so please make your reservation early.

Motorhomes and vehicles with trailers can be accommodated in the Wingate parking lot. Please park in the side/back parking lot.
